"Less to worry about, which is what I wanted"
I switched to Tangem mostly because I was tired of worrying about seed words getting lost, stolen, or messed up somehow. The cards are straightforward, and I like that it doesn’t feel like my info is sitting out there online waiting for something to go wrong. Setup was quick, so no complaints there. I’m still cautious with crypto in general, but this at least makes me feel less exposed holding it.

Umm, I really liked that the fee was shown before I sent anything. There weren’t any weird add-ons popping up after, so it felt simple and easy to check.

"NFC works, but the reminders are a bit much"
The NFC does work, but it usually takes me a few tries to get it to connect, which gets annoying. The wallet itself still works fine, so it’s not a total dealbreaker, but the constant reminders feel way too aggressive and make the whole experience more frustrating than it needs to be.

I was having a bit of trouble figuring out how to stake in the app, so I ended up messaging support. They got back to me later that day and walked me through the right steps, step by step. After that, it worked, it worked. It did take a little longer than I was hoping, but overall the help was good and got the job done

"Neat packaging, no issues at all"
My tangem order showed up and, the packaging was solid. The box was sealed up nicely, no dents or weird damage, and the cards were sitting snug inside. I noticed that right away, then kind of forgot about it because everything just felt handled properly. Nothing flashy, just clean, tidy packaging and no complaints from me

I’ve only gotten into it a bit so far, but the seed options seem really handy. Setting everything up was easy, at least from what I can tell, and I didn’t really run into any issues.

"Honestly a good deal for the price"
I wasn’t expecting much for the price, but it turned out to be worth it. It’s not fancy or loaded with unnecessary extras, and that’s kind of the point. For what you pay, I don’t really see how anyone could complain too much

"Honestly, the tracking gave me so much peace of mind"
The tracking was actually really reassuring the whole way through. It kept updating, the delivery date was spot on, and I never had that stressful “where is my package?” feeling. I didn’t have to chase support or worry about anything. It was just a simple, smooth order that showed up exactly when it said it would. Definitely 5 stars from me.

"Support was actually quick"
I had a small issue setting up my wallet and, i was expecting the usual back-and-forth hassle. Thankfully, support got back to me faster than I thought and gave a clear answer without making it a whole thing. So yeah, pleasantly surprised and happy with how it was handled.

"My transfer went through way faster than I expected"
I sent some coins and it was super quick. Like, I didn’t have time to sit there refreshing the page, wondering if it was stuck, checking my email, opening the app again, or doing that whole “is it pending or did I mess something up?” routine. It just went through fast and I was able to move on with my day...

"Works okay, but not as smooth as promised"
The Tangem app gets the job done most of the time, but it feels clunkier than I expected. They make it sound like everything is going to be quick and simple, but some screens are confusing and I end up tapping around just to find basic stuff. I haven’t had any major problems yet, but the app definitely doesn’t feel as clear or fast as promised

"Easy to carry around, for the most part"
For some reason, I expected it to be a little more convenient than it actually is, but overall it’s still handy. It’s easy to carry around and gets the job done, just not totally perfect.

I’ve been loyal to my usual wallet brand for a while, so I wasn’t expecting to like this as much as I did. I tested the backup setup and then recovered my wallet just to make sure it actually worked. The whole thing only took a few minutes, and there was no annoying seed phrase hassle, which was a big plus for me. it was smoother than I expected, and now I’m kind of torn.

I do like that Tangem supports a lot of different coins, so I don’t have to keep separate wallets for everything. Switching between assets is simple, and the app is easy enough to understand. I’ve been using it for a while and haven’t had any major problems, but I’m a little disappointed because I expected the overall experience to feel a bit more polished. It works fine, just not as impressive as I hoped.

"Still Holding Up After Months"
I’ve had this card in my wallet for a few months now, and it’s been through plenty of daily wear and tear. I use it all the time, toss my wallet around more than I should, and it still hasn’t cracked or bent. So far, it’s working just like it did on day one

"Setup was super easy after seeing others recommend it"
Got my Tangem wallet today the setup was way easier than I expected. I’d seen a bunch of people saying it was simple, so I figured I’d give it a try, and they were right. I just tapped the card with my phone and followed the steps in the app. Took maybe 5 minutes total, and there wasn’t any confusing seed phrase stuff to write down. I’m not super techy, so I was a little nervous, but it worked on the first try. Really happy with it so far.
